Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns – Trailer for the 2nd update (w. Rune Factory 4 costumes)

Earlier this month, Marvelous released the second update for Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns. Besides fixing various issues with the game, this new update also added some new events with the marriage candidates (including one where they all gather at your home), along with costumes based on Frey and Lest (the protagonist of Rune Factory 4).

Today, Marvelous shared a brand new trailer for the game, showcasing that second update. Here it is:

If you have a Japanese copy of the game, but haven’t downloaded the update yet, you can do so by:

• selecting the game from the Home Menu of your Nintendo 3DS, while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions that appear on the screen;
• search for “Bokujo Monogatari 3tsu no Sato no Taisetsuna Tomodachi” on the Nintendo eShop;
• use the option in the Nintendo eShop Settings.

While not confirmed yet, it’s highly likely that the English version of the game (releasing next year in North America) will include both the two updates and the two Rune Factory IV costumes from the getgo.

Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns (3DS) comes out in 2017 in North America.
