On Friday, Nintendo and Monolith Soft. broadcast a new livestream for Xenoblade Chronicles X, that was all about the battle system. Unfortunately, it was entirely in Japanese, even if we do have a summary of all the information (click here to read it, if you haven’t done so already!).

Since Xenoblade Chronicles X probably won’t come out in the West until several months after Japan, it’s quite likely Nintendo won’t have any official videos in English (and other European languages) for a while. Thankfully, there is still (really) dedicated fans to rely on, and one of them actually translated the whole presentation and added subtitles!

Here is the English-subtitled video for the Battle presentation:

For now, only the narration and the titles are translated, but a version 2 will come out next week with all the menus translated. Of course, we will update this post whenever it becomes available, so that you don’t miss out!

And in case you missed it, here is the English-subtitled version of the Exploration presentation:

Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U) comes out on April 29th in Japan, and later this year in Europe and North America.
