Zero Time Dilemma: overview trailer, pre-order watches delayed, Anime Expo panel

Zero Time DilemmaA few days ago, Spike-Chunsoft uploaded an overview trailer for Zero Time Dilemma, which was entirely in Japanese. Good news: that very trailer is now available in English! It details the main elements of the game, from the 9 persons kidnapped and forced to play a deadly game, to the floating fragment system, not to mention the Decision Game, and more.

Here it is:

And now, some good and bad news.

The bad news: due to damage during transit, the watches (pre-order bonus for the retail version in North America) have been delayed. Since the games themselves are fine, those will be shipped and delivered on schedule.

The watches will still arrive (they haven’t been cancelled or anything), but several weeks later. Aksys Games doesn’t have a timeframe at the moment, but specified that the watch would come with a bonus to make up for the delay. Something to note is that this delay applies to all pre-orders, at both Amazon and Gamestop.

The good news: Kotaro Uchikoshi (creator of the Zero Escape series) will be back to Anime Expo next week. He will host a panel at 3.45PM PST on July 2nd (for one hour), about the series, his influences, and of course Zero Time Dilemma. You can click here for more details!

Zero Time Dilemma (3DS) comes out on June 28th in North America and Europe, and June 30th in Japan.
