UK: video games sales for Week 18, 2016 (May 2 – 7)

Yo-kai WatchWeek 18 was another calm week for the video game market in the United Kingdom, with only 2 new entries in the Top 40 (two versions of the same game: Battleborn). Unfortunately, Yo-kai Watch sales were also pretty calm… too calm, actually, as the game dropped to #17 (9 spots in just one week).

What’s more, it’s the only game on Nintendo platforms left in the Top 40, after Star Fox Zero lost more than 25 spots in one week. And since it’s still the best-selling game on Wii U, there isn’t a single one for that platform in the Top 40. As for Yo-kai Watch, it’s (naturally) the best-selling game on Nintendo 3DS.
