Terraria: new update for the 3DS version, Wii U version out this week (+ update)
Last week, 505 Games provided some updates regarding the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U versions of Terraria:
Nintendo 3DS
Last month, the Nintendo 3DS version of Terraria got a massive update, adding quite a lot of content (along with the usual bug fixes). But it also included a nasty glitch regarding multiplayer, but “thanks” to the delay of the patch in North America, players from that region were spared.
Good news: another patch is ready (Ver. 1.0.3), and will be released this Friday (June 10th) in Europe. The patch will be released shortly after in North America, but 505 Games doesn’t have a release date just yet. Naturally, we will update this post (or make a new one) as soon we have that date!

Wii U
As mentioned previously, the Wii U version of Terraria will be released at retail on June 26th in North America, and June 28th in Europe. As for the digital version, it’s coming this Thursday in Europe (on June 9th), and June 16th in North America. Both versions will get a Day 1 patch (most likely the same one), which is about 50MB.
Unfortunately, the Wii U version of Terraria will be slightly behind the other console versions (it will not have the content from the June patch), but 505 Games is planning to release a catch-up update later down the line.
