Star Fox Zero: Landmaster and Walker footage from IGN Live

Star Fox ZeroAt E3, Nintendo made the announcement that fans of the series had been waiting for: the Star Fox series is finally getting a brand new entry, courtesy of Platinum Games (who is co-developing it with Shigeru Miyamoto’s team at Nintendo). But since then, Nintendo hasn’t mentionned the game very often (which isn’t all that surprising, as there hasn’t been a Nintendo Direct since E3).

However, Star Fox Zero was showcased last week at Gamescom, where it was playable on Nintendo’s booth. It was also featured on IGN Live, where Filippo Ghisolfi from Nintendo of Europe played through two levels of the game: Area 3 and Titania (with a boss battle). In the video below, you will be able to see some footage for the Landmaster and the Walker, two of the vehicles you can control in the game.

Here’s the gameplay footage for the Landmaster and the Walker in Star Fox Zero:

Star Fox Zero (Wii U) comes out later this year, worldwide.
