Splatoon: new weapon to be added in a few hours (Zink Mini Splatling)

When Nintendo detailed the latest major Software update for Splatoon, during the Nintendo Direct in November, they revealed that it would have enough new content (maps and weapons) to last at least until January. In other words, weekly unlocks of new weapons and maps are going to continue for quite a while, so that players always have something fresh to play.

Since the Ver. 2.0.0 update, new additions have been taking place only once a week (on Saturday morning / Friday evening, most of the time). For a little while, Nintendo went back to two content updates per week, but unfortunately, it looks like it’s over: we’re now back to only one addition per week.

Today, Nintendo announced that a brand new weapon from the Splatling family would be added in a few hours (at the usual time): the Zink Mini Splatling. It comes with Disruptors (Sub Weapon) and the Bubbler (Special Weapon). Other than that and its appearance, it’s pretty much identical to the regular Mini Splatling when it comes to stats.
