Splatoon: new weapon coming in a few hours (H-3 Nozzlenose)
When Nintendo detailed the first major Software update for Splatoon, in July, they made it pretty clear that new content (maps and weapons) for Splatoon would still be added to the game on a regular basis. The point is obviously to keep players interested, so that they keep on playing without getting bored with the same weapons and maps.
Since the Ver. 2.0.0 update, new additions have been happening only once a week (on Saturday morning / Friday evening), as opposed to twice a week before the update. And this week will be no exception, with only one addition: a brand new weapon called the H-3 Nozzlenose. It comes with:
- Suction Bombs (Sub weapon)
- Echolocator (Special weapon)

The H-3 Nozzlenose will be added on Saturday morning, at the usual time:
- Europe: 4AM
- UK: 3AM
- North America (EDT): 10PM (Friday evening)
- North America (DPT): 7PM (Friday evening)
- Japan: 11AM
Next, we have some news about the Splatoon web app launched a couple of weeks ago. It was updated earlier this week, and now allows users to set up Twitter notifications: from now on, when you go online at a certain time, the service will automatically send a notification via Twitter, so that your friends can join you right away.
