Pokkén Tournament (Arcade)

On July 20th, the Arcade version of Pokkén Tournament will receive a major update adding Garchomp, Braixen, Shadow Mewtwo… but also a new, mysterious playable Pokémon. This new Pokémon will be revealed on July 14th, on a NicoNico livestream. Unfortunately, we don’t know if/when this new playable Pokémon will be added to the console version of Pokkén Tournament.

Shiny Gengar distribution

Today, a new Pokémon distribution was announced for Japan, as a tie-in with the latest Pokémon movie (Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna). The Pokémon to be distributed is a Shiny Gengar, based on the same Gengar that Jarvis uses in the movie. Here’s some details about it:

Level: 50
Hold Item: Gengarite
Moves: Mean Look, Hypnosis, Psychic, Hyper Beam

It will be distributed via serial codes from July 9th to July 15th (with the code itself working until August 31st). To get yours, you will need to connect to the 7-Eleven Hotspots via your Nintendo 3DS.

Shaymin distribution

Shaymin is now available for players with a North American copy of Pokémon X / Y / Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire (after the European launch, yesterday).

Pokémon Sun and Moon: pre-order bonuses for Pokémon Centers

Today, the pre-order bonuses for the Pokémon Centers stores were announced:

Pokémon Sun: Solgaleo figure
Pokémon Moon: Lunala
Pokémon Sun and Moon Double Pack: Solgaleo and Lunala figures + special artbook

Pre-orders will start on July 16th.
