Paper Mario: Color Splash – Rescue V Episode 2 (Move Out!)

In order to promote Paper Mario: Color Splash, which comes out in less than two months in Europe and North America (we still don’t have a data for Japan), Nintendo launched a video series last week. Called Paper Mario: Color Splash – Rescue V, the video is a spoof of super heroes TV series, such as Power Rangers.  Rescue V is the name of a pretty real super hero team that appears in the game. Its members are:

• Rescue Red
• Rescue Blue
• Rescue Yellow
• Rescue Purple
• Rescue Green

In the second episode, called “Move Out! Sheer Cliffs on a Red Road”, we see Mario climbing up a cliff with the help of some purple Toads… though it’s Rescue Red who takes all the credit for himself and his team. Mario does that in order to get a super-important “Thing” (a fire extinguisher): you can turn those into extremely powerful cards, that you can then be used in battle. You generally need them to beat a boss, as seen in the video below.

Paper Mario: Color Splash (Wii U) comes out on October 7th in both Europe and North America, and later this year in Japan.
