• Relaxed the unlock conditions for the Dragon Road Bike Missions from Gold rank in 6 Bike Missions to Silver or above in 6 Bike Missions

• Adds two new wrestling techniques for Travis to use against Fullface enemies

• Fixed a bug that made progress impossible when accessing the capsule toy machine and spamming the A button while being low on cash
• Fixed a bug causing the game to freeze during loading, preventing players from progressing
• Fixed a bug causing Travis and enemies to fall through gaps in the background and get stuck

Update contents

• In addition to “Berry Sweet” and “Bitter”, “Spicy” has been added as difficulty option available when you start the game.
• Adds a new difficulty option, Carolina Reaper, unlocked once you have cleared the game once.
• Fixed a bug where conversation text with NPC on the free map was displayed in the wrong language depending on the language setting of your console:
  • Spanish when the console language was set to German
  • German when the console language was set to Italian
  • Italian when the console language was set to Spanish
• Fixed a bug impacting the time machine battle. If players selected “Return to Motel” after losing the battle and then performed certain actions, events would not trigger, preventing progress.
• Fixed a bug impacting the time machine battle. If players selected “Return to Motel” after losing the battle, the difficulty level was changed.
• Fixed a bug causing some subtitles and sound to be out of sync in some story cutscenes.

How to download updates for No More Heroes 3 for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for No More Heroes 3, you have three options:

• let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

• try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

• select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
