Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Earlier this week, from October 27th to June 22nd, Monolith Soft. held an illustration contest for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Since they received tons of entries from fans, it took them quite a while to select the winners. But today, the results of the contest were finally announced: you can find the winning entries on this page! Be careful though: some of the illustrations do contain spoilers, so keep that in mind when checking them out (that’s what the notice displayed when entering the website is about, in case you cannot read Japanese).

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Last month, Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Starter Pack, a “new” edition of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild including the game and the Explorer’s Guide book. And today, Nintendo announced that a similar edition will be released on November 9th in Japan. It will cost 6 980 Yen, and includes the game and the Adventuire Guide book. Said book will also be available for purchase separately on the My Nintendo Store.

Nintendo Labo

Today, Nintendo announced the Nintendo Labo classroom program, in collaboration with the Institute of Play. With this program, Nintendo is bringing Nintendo Labo to schools across the country (about 100 classrooms in grades 2-4).

Nintendo has teamed up with the Institute of Play (IOP), a nonprofit committed to creating transformational play-based learning experiences, to help teachers integrate Nintendo Labo into their curriculum. Students will get to work in small groups to complete a series of projects that introduce basic principles of design and technology.

You can find more details about it on this page!

Kirby
