Nintendo eShop news: RIVE delayed on Wii U / Tadpole Treble dated

RIVE

RIVE has already been delayed several times, and it turns out it’s getting one more delay… but only on Wii U. Two Tribes made the announcement yesterday in an interview publishedon Nintendo Life, and gave the following two reasons:

  • they will not release RIVE until it’s a rock-solid 60FPS, and so they’re not afraid to delay it if needed… and even move it to a future platform, if necessary. Right now, they’re working on trying one more time to perfect the Wii U version, but if it doesn’t work, then they will focus on the future;
  • with the Wii U being replaced in March 2017, sales are not looking good (especially in the long term)

Tadpole Treble

Earlier today, Mike Taranto announced that Tadpole Treble finally had a release date on Wii U: August 11th! Naturally, our Upcoming Releases page has been updated as a result!

Ambition of the Slimes

Today, Circle Ent. announced that Ambition of the Slimes would also come out on August 11th in both Europe and North America! Our Upcoming Releases page has been updated with that new date.
