[N-Direct] Pokémon Sun and Moon: trailers, early purchase bonus, more details next week
Quite surprisingly, Pokémon Sun and Moon was showcased during today’s Nintendo 3DS Direct presentation. They showed a new video, which introduces the Alolan Rattata. Rattata used to swarm the Alola region, which is why the inhabitants introduced the Yungoos in the region. This forced the Rattata the adapt, and it became a Dark / Normal Pokémon.
Nintendo also revealed the early purchase bonus for Europe and North America: a Munchlax, that you can get until January 11th. This Munchlax holds a Snorlium Z crystal, allowing you to use the special Z-Move known as Pulverizing Pancake. In Japan, players will get 12 Quick Balls -digital version) or a Snorlax GX card (retail copy).

For Europe, Nintendo also announced that two bundles including an Ice Blue Nintendo 2DS + Pokémon Sun or Moon (pre-installed) will be released on November 23rd.

But that’s not over: The Pokémon Company announced that more details will be revealed on September 6th, at the following time:
- Europe: 3PM
- UK: 2PM
- North America (EST): 9AM
- North America (PST): 6AM
- Japan: 10PM
Pokémon Sun and Moon (3DS) comes out on November 18th in Japan and North America, and November 23rd in Europe.
