Atlus: Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology / Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2 / SMT Deep Strange Journey

During the Japanese Nintendo Direct, on April 13th, the three upcoming RPG from Atlus were showcased briefly, but nothing really new was showcased or even simply teased. In case you missed the announcements during the past few weeks, here’s the three games we’re talking about:

  • Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology (releasing on June 29th in Japan), a remake of the cult-classic of the Nintendo DS. Features various enhancements, such as a new storyline, voice acting, illustrations, and more. Click here for the debut trailer and some gameplay footage!
  • Etrian Mytery Dungeon 2 (releasing on August 31st in Japan), a sequel to the Etrian Odyssey x Mystery Dungeon collaboration title. Click here for the debut trailer and some gameplay footage!
  • Shin Megami Tensei: Deep Strange Journey (releasing this Fall in Japan), a remake/enhanced port of another cult-classic of the Nintendo DS. Unfortunately, while we do have a trailer for that game, we do not have any gameplay footage yet. You can check out some details in this post!

Finally, here’s the Opening movie for Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, done by A1-Pictures, that Atlus uploaded yesterday:

Unfortunately, none of the titles listed above are headed to Europe and North America, but it’s probably just a matter of weeks until we get an announcement for them.
