Monster Hunter: over 7 million units shipped worldwide for Monster Hunter Rise; more pictures for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

Capcom have announced that Monster Hunter Rise has hit yet another milestone: it’s now shipped over 7 million units worldwide (includes units shipped to retailers and copies sold on the Nintendo eShop). There’s little doubt now that it will end up selling over 10 million units by the end of the year.

To celebrate, Capcom have sent another Kamura Pack with various goodies:

  • 30 Mega Potions
  • 20 Well-done Steaks
  • 10 Large Barrel Bombs
  • 5 Mega Demondrugs
  • 5 Mega Armorskins

To claim yours, simply check in with Senri the Mailman!

Also, the first Challenge Quest is now live. Here’s the details:

  • Objective:Slay a Tetranadon
  • Locale:Arena
  • Conditions:Hunter Rank: None, Party Size: Two Players Max

And if that wasn’t enough, the latest Event Quest is also live! It’s called I Can’t Do What Somnacan, and here’s all the details:

  • Objective:Hunt a Somnacanth
  • Locale:Frost Islands
  • Conditions:HR 4 or higher
  • Rewards:“Blowing a Kiss” gesture

Also, Capcom have shared some more pictures for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, showcasing some of the areas you will be explore in the game, as well as a few monsters you will be able to go against:
