Monster Hunter Generations: new trailer on the prowl

Monster Hunter GenerationsMonster Hunter Generations (known as Monster Hunter X in Japan) puts the focus on customisation. Along with the usual family of weapons, each hunter can chose among 4 different Hunting Styles, each with their own Hunting Skills. But there’s something else for players who want a radically different experience…

Monster Hunter Generations features a mode called Nyanter Mode in Japan, and Prowler Mode in Europe and North America. Basically, instead of playing with a regular, human hunter, you play as a felyne. The best thing: you can play regular quests just like any other hunter, which includes multiplayer (with various possible setups, not necessarily prowler-only). You’re not stuck with Felyne-only missions made specifically for that mode.

Today, Capcom shared a new trailer for Monster Hunter Generations, which happens to focus on that very Prowler Mode. It shows just how meowtastic your adventure can become when you go hunt giant beasts as a felyne. It even showcases the support moves you can use in battle.

Here’s the latest trailer for Monster Hunter Generations, showcasing the Prowler Mode:
