Improved Functions

The difficulty of the “Story mode” has been adjusted.

Especially for the difficulty of the tutorial for Domain Expansion and Second half, which were eased.

The effects during battle have been adjusted and visibility was improved.

The Cursed Energy effect around the characters is adjusted to be slightly smaller.

The effects of Buff/Debuff and triggering co-op attack bonus are adjusted to be slightly smaller.

The drawing time of debris effects caused when objects are destroyed in some of the battle stages is now reduced.

The character/battle stage selected at the end of “Online Battle mode” will be saved during boot up.

For the cursor position while selecting a character or a batttle stage, the character/battle stage selected at the end during boot up is saved.

The ability to play the “Custom Voice” of the customization item was added.

The custom voice can be played at the Shop/Customization screen.

User interface improvements.

The character selection layout is modified according to the character addition. At the character selection screen before the battle starts, it is possible to see the ally player’s selection.

User interface of the Free Battle mode was improved.

The task display position during battle was improved.

The button guide during battle was improved. The size changes according to the text length.

The layout of the mission selection screen in the Story mode was adjusted.

The guide text of each mode is now displayed in the Main Menu.

The Experience necessary to increase the character Lv is adjusted in training/exquipment screen of the Online Co-op mode.

Online play adjustments.

The penalty function is implemented for disconnecting during online battles.

There will be a time limit to overall online play by disconnection.

Please note that intentional disconnection is a serious disturbance to other players.

The online battle stability is improved.

The dialogue shown when the connection is unstable before battle is displayed more easily.

Bug fixes

The character behavior during battle is improved.

The glitches under a specific condition and action camera are adjusted, and some unintended behavior are fixed.

Additional contents

The upper limit of the total score ranking for the “promotion battle in the Online Battle mode” is unlocked.

Upper limit has been changed from 999999 to 9999999.

New playable characters were added.

Momo Nishimiya and Mai Zen’in have been added.

New battle stages were added.

Star Religious Group Headquarters and Tombs of the Star, Main Hall were added.

New customization items were added added.

The customization items are added due to addition of Momo Nishimiya and Mai Zen’in.

Increased the proficiency upper limit of “Online Battle mode” and added new battles

The proficiency upper limit is increased and new battle is added to the draw for each difficulty level.

Momo Nishimiya, Mai Zen’in, Satoru Gojo (Student), Suguru Geto(Student), and Toji Fushiguro will join in the new battles.

Applied different adjustments due to the addition of “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” DLC.

How to download updates for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash, you have three options:

let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
