Japan: two more New Nintendo 3DS XL colours to launch on June 9th, packaging

In July, Nintendo will release two special models of New Nintendo 3DS XL, with a Fire Emblem Fates and a SNES design. And today, the company announced that two more colours for the New Nintendo 3DS XL would be released on June 9th in Japan (on the same day as Ace Attorney 6): Lime x Black and Pink x White.

Unlike the Fire Emblem Fate and SNES models, those new New Nintendo 3DS XL colours will be available in stores, and will not be sold only via the official Nintendo Store. They will cost 20 304 Yen, just like any other regular model.

The packs will include:

• 1 New Nintendo 3DS XL
• 1 touch pen
• 1 microSD card (4GB)
• 6 AR cards
• (AC Adapter still sold separately).

Unfortunately, we don’t know if/when Nintendo is planning to release those two new colours in Europe and North America.
