Japan Expo (France): Shigeru Miyamoto to host a Master Class on July 3rd

Update

Today, Nintendo France announced the time Shigeru Miyamoto’s Master Class is going to take place: July 3rd, at 1.30PM local time. Unfortunately, it’s quite likely the Master Class will not be livestreamed (and even if it was, it would be in French).

Japan Expo is, by far, the biggest show related to Japanese culture in France (and even in Europe). Every year, Nintendo has a strong presence there, with a rather large stand, various games playable (including some exclusive titles), and lots of contests and competitions. Of course, the company will be there this year… as well as a rather special guest!

This guest is none other than… Shigeru Miyamoto himself, who is going to hold a special Master Class at the Grande Scène. Unfortunately, we don’t know what this Master Class will be about (yet), but it’s pretty much guaranteed to be about Mario Maker (which is also bound to be playable at the Japan Expo).

Let’s hope that this year, Shigeru Miyamoto will indeed be able to attend… Last year, he was supposed to hold a Master Class at the Japan Expo, but he had to cancel those plans due to personal reasons (the health of his father).

Japan Expo will take place on July 2nd to July 5th, in Paris (Parc des Expositions, Paris-Nord Villepinte). The Nintendo stand will be located in the Hall 6, alley C, n° 69. The Master Class by Shigeru Miyamoto will take place at the Scène Ichigô (main stage), in Hall 5B.
