Girl’s Mode 3 – KiraKira Code: some additional details

Yesterday, Nintendo updated the official website for Girl’s Mode 3: KiraKirao Code (third entry in the Style Savvy / Nintendo Style Boutique series) with some info on the main features of the game. Thanks to Siliconera’s translation, we now have some additional details about those features.

– Beautician: Girl’s Mode 3 includes over 1300 different combinations for hairstyles. Customers have requests, and you have to pay close attention to those. They give you some “hints”, so that you can find the right hairstyle for them. For example, one girl asks for something that would make her look like an older sister, while another wants a feminine hairstyle that suits her clothing. Of course, you can change your own hairstyle, not just customers’.

– Make-up artist: making some changes to their eyebrows, adding eyeshadow and/or mascara… sometimes, even the smallest of differences can totally change the look of your customers. They’ll come to you and ask to look more energetic or more cool. They’ll also provide photos, that you can use as reference.

What’s more, you can make your own customised set of make-up, that you can sell at your own store.

2

– Fashion shows: just like in previous entries, you can take part in fashion shows, photo ops and more. Before those, you’ll have to get prepared by figuring out the best combination of clothes, make-up, hairstyle and more. There’s various themes for the fashion shows, and as top-model, you can also get some requests (like “Happy Wedding”, for example).

After a successful fashion show, more customer will come and shop at your store.

3

– Designer: you can create clothes for yourself and your customers (who have their own requests that range from simple shirts to complex wedding dresses). You can give items your own signature look with emblems (that you can create yourself). The kind of things to create include: shirts, dresses, shoes, tights, bags, “special items” and more.
