Fire Emblem Heroes: Developers Challenge maps now available

In the past, Fire Emblem Heroes players have had the opportunity to play special maps featuring Heroes based on the play data of “famous people”. For example, a few months ago, players could try and test their skills against Kozaki Yuusuke, the illustrator of Fire Emblem Awakening and Fire Emblem Fates (among others).

And today, a new set of such special maps went live, and this time, it’s several members of the development team you will have to battle against! The maps features “ultra song” units, trained by the developers themselves. On Hard, they were created using their play data from August 2017, but on Lunatic, they get a boost to their HP, Atk, Spd, Def, and Res. On Normal, their stats have been reduced.

There’s 5 sets of maps available, with 3 difficulty levels each (Normal, Hard, Lunatic). That means 15 maps in total, and 15 Orbs to earn, because yes, you do earn 1 Orb each time you clear a map on a given difficulty level (only the first time though, as usual).

Here’s the 5 sets of maps:

  • Strike from Afar (ryo)
  • Manakete Squad (k2)
  • Indoor Tactician (hashimon)
  • Static is Scary (hataP)
  • Miracle Pulse+++ (mk1)

Those special maps are available in Fire Emblem Heroes until November 4th.
