Fire Emblem Engage – Emblem Introductions: Hector, Soren, Camilla [DLC]

Fire Emblem Engage features various characters from past Fire Emblem games, who are called Emblems. They appear in the form of Emblem Rings (Bracelets for DLC characters) that Units can equip in order to get a stats boost, but also gain access to special skills and abilities. And in this post, we’re going to take a look at Hector, Soren, and Camilla! They’re included in Wave 2 of the Expansion Pass, now available worldwide.

Hector (Emblem of Strength)

Hector (voiced by Kousuke Toriumi in Japanese) is known as the Emblem of Strength. He’s a young man with a dynamic personality. He boasts immense strength, and his martial prowess is without pair.

His weapons, skills, and abilities are as follows:

• Sync Skill: Quick Riposte. Increases the number of attacks you unleash when counterattacking, based on the amount of HP you have left when attacked.
• Engage Weapon: Wolf Beil. Deals extra damage to mounted and armoured units.
• Engage Skill: Impregnable. Increases Defense and Magic Resistance when attacked.
• Engage Attack: ???. Prevents enemy units from launching follow-up attacks and causing the Break status. Also increases the number of attacks during a counterattack.

Soren (Emblem of Acumen)

Soren (voiced by Ayumu Murase in Japanese) is known as the the Emblem of Acumen. A black-clad officer known for his composure and acute judgement.

His weapons, skills, and abilities are as follows:

• Sync Skill: Decoy. Increases chances of enemies targeting designated allied units.
• Engage Weapon: Bolting. Boasts impressive range, and can hit distant enemy units.
• Engage Skill: Flare. Lowers enemies’ Magic Defense when hitting them with a Magic attack, and allows you to recover HP based on amount of damage dealt.
• Engage Attack: Disaster. Unleashes a continuous attack with Fire, Lightning, and Wind Magic. Boasts increased range.

Camilla (Emblem of Revelation)

Camilla (voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro in Japanese) is known as the Emblem of Revelation. She’s a beautiful and bewitching Wyvern Rider.

Her weapons, skills, and abilities are as follows:

• Sync Skill: Dragon Vein – Dark. Imbues terrain with various effects. Said effects are based on the Fighting Style of the Unit wearing Camilla’s Emblem Bracelet. Also negates the terrain effects such as Fire or Miasma.
• Engage Weapon: Bolt Axe. A magic axe that can hit enemies from afar.
• Engage Skill: Heavenly Drive. Increases unit’s mobility by allowing them to move through non-passable terrain as if they were a flying unit.
• Engage Attack: ???. A powerful attack with explosions that deal damage over a wide range, and add the Flame effect to terrain.
