Famitsu previews (June 23rd) – Fire Emblem Fates, Fire Emblem 25th Anniversary, more

Fire Emblem 25th Anniversary

This week, Famitsu magazine will have a 20-page article for the Fire Emblem series, in order to celebrate its 25th anniversary. It includes a retrospective of the entire series, complete with artworks and screenshots. The results of a poll conducted on Famitsu.com will also be revealed, and we will know the favorite games, characters, weapons, magic, etc. of the Famitsu readers.

Famitsu will also feature Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and Conquest, Fire Emblem 0 (the TCG) and Genei Ibun Roku #FE.

Genei Ibun Roku #FE (Wii U) comes out this Winter in Japan, and next year in Europe and North America. Fire Emblem 0 (the TCG) comes out on the same day as Fire Emblem Fates: June 25th in Japan.

Fire Emblem Fates

This week, Famitsu will have a total of 35 pages dedicated to the Fire Emblem series, including a 20-page article for the entire series, and a 12-page one for Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and Conquest. This time around, we will get lots of explations about the basic gameplay systems and strategies, but also some tips for the battles early in the game.
