Etrian Odyssey V: development now in its final stages
On November 24th, Atlus held a livestream for Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight, and made two announcements:
- Etrian Mystery Dungeon, for the Nintendo 3DS (now available in Japan, North America and Europe)
- Etrian Odyssey V
Unfortunately, we still don’t know anything about the second game, which hasn’t been mentioned even once since its announcement. In fact, we don’t even know on which platform it will end up releasing! But it looks like we might get some details in the near future, if what Shigeo Komori (Director) is to be believed.
In the latest issue of Famitsu magazine (to come out on Thursday), Shigeo Komori reveals that development for Etrian Odyssey V is now in its final stages. Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly what “final stages” mean for the developers. Shigeo Komori asks that fan wait a “bit longer” before getting some details about the game.
