Dragon Quest VIII: download card, pre-loading now available, filesize
Today, Square-Enix announced that Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King was now available for pre-loading on the Nintendo eShop. The game only comes out at the end of the month (on August 27th), but players can already buy it and pre-load it from the Nintendo eShop… which is quite welcome, as it requires no less than 3.6GB of free space on the SD card (making it one of the largest games on the Nintendo 3DS).
Square-Enix also announced that the download cards are now available at several retailers starting today:
– 7-Eleven
– Lawson
– Circle K Sunkus (starting August 7th, in the evening).
This download card is just one way to get the game: players can also buy it straight from the Nintendo eShop instead. Here’s what it looks like :
