Square-Enix have announced that Star Ocean First Departure R will be released on December 5th in Japan. It will be available exclusively via the Nintendo eShop, and will cost 3 200 Yen + taxes.

Heads up for players interested in a physical copy of Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom: the game is getting its final batch of reprints in the United States.
