Coffee Talk

Chorus Worldwide and Toge Productions have confirmed that Coffee Talk will be released on January 30th in Europe and North America.

Here’s some details about the game:

As the Barista in late-night coffee shop, ‘Coffee Talk’, players offer friendly conversation and late-night warm drinks to the colourful and fantastical inhabitants of alternative-Seattle including elves, aliens, and orcs. The game features visual aesthetics inspired by 90s anime, classic pixel art adventure games, and images often associated with lo-fi chill hop music. The visual novel storylines are determined based on drinks they are served, not through the dialogue selections. Coffee Talk is the place to be for those who want to chat, relax, and relate no matter who they are or where they come from over delicious expertly crafted hot drinks.

Coffee Talk is a game about listening to people’s problems and helping them by serving up a warm drink out of the ingredients you have in stock. It is a game that depicts lives as humanly as possible, while having a cast that is more than simply human.Immerse yourself in the stories of alternative-Seattle inhabitants, ranging from a dramatic love story between an elf and a succubus, an alien trying to understand humans’ lives, and many more where modern readers will find strong echoes to the real world.

Genshin Impact

miHoYo have announced that they are bringing Genshin Impact, an open-world action RPG absolutely not heavily inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (no, really) to the Nintendo Switch.

No release date yet, but here’s some details and a teaser trailer (along with the latest video for the game):

Genshin Impact, as an open-world ARPG title, set in the fantasy world of Teyvat, which offers a freely – explorable world, multiple characters, an in-depth elemental combo – based combat system and an engaging story. A mysterious figure referred to as “The Traveler”, players will embark on a journey of finding their long-lost sibling to piece together their own mystery, while revealing Teyvat’s numerous secrets. Joined by a lively companion called Paimon, players will explore the land filled with varied landscapes, culturally – diverse towns, and treacherous dungeons. By mastering the power of the seven elements with a custom party of up to 4 characters, players will overcome merciless foes and fiendish puzzles.
