Today, Tokyo RPG Factory (the developers of I am Setsuna) updated its official website, with the following mysterious artwork:

This is quite clearly a teaser for the studio’s next (and second game), though we don’t know when it will be released (or even if it will be on Nintendo Switch). But with E3 2017 just around the corner, it’s likely we’re going to get an announcement sooner rather than later… maybe even in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine!
