In Japan, Splatoon is enjoying a lot of popularity. Besides the game itself and its amiibo, the game is also getting lots of merchandise. And there doesn’t seem to be a single week without some more being announced. Today, the following were announced:
- plushies
- t-shirts
- bottle case
- ink stamps
- keychains
- socks, and more

Pokémon – Battle Competition
Registration for the latest battle competition, the Johto Classic, have started. Here’s a reminder of the rules:
- Battles: Single Battles (up to 15 matches a day)
- Pokémon allowed: any Pokémon from the Johto Pokédex (from #001 up to #251)
- Pokémon banned: Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Celebi
- Level: 50 (lowered if above)
- Items banned: Mega Stone
- Registration: from May 19th to May 26th
- Battles: from May 27th to May 29th
- Entry gift: Whitney’s Miltank
Pokémon Comaster
Today, Pokémon Comaster received another update in Japan. Just like the previous one, it adds several Pokémon to the Trevo Shop:
- EX Rarity (0.5% chance of getting one): Blastoise added, Dialga removed;
- R Rarity (1.5% chance of getting one): Steelix added
- Common: Spinarak, Butterfree.
