Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry

Assemble Entertainment have announced that Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry is headed to the Nintendo Switch, this Summer. This version of the game will feature an update UI, as well as optimised controls. It will cost $39.99, and will be available at retail in select European countries (including German, Switzerland, and Austria).

Here’s a trailer and some details:

Hey ladies, I’m back in business! My latest adventure, Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry, takes me – whatever the route or twist of fate – from the end of the ’80s directly to the 21st Century and wow, how the world has changed! While my view of the world and women from back in the 1980s collides with modern reality, I’m all set to date my way across the modern world!

In a “point & click” adventure I’d call typical for the genre, we mutually experience how I fall head-over-heels in love with Faith, the assistant to the boss at Prune, a powerful global tech company. Since even dating is done digitally nowadays, the first thing I have to do is to work on my score at Timber, the totally hip, can’t-get-anywhere-without-it dating app where I date women, satisfy their needs, and accordingly pick up points for my Timber profile. And whenever I get a chance in-between, briefly check out a few new beach pix at Instacrap – the 21st century is gnarly!

Finally, here’s the list of key features:

  • What a World!: Explore a lovingly designed, non-linear game world set in modern times with over 30 hand-drawn venues
  • The Digital Age: Use “Timber”, the in-game app, along with an innovative dating mechanism to date women, improve your score at Timber, and ultimately clear the way to get to dating Faith, the women of your dreams
  • Dating Can be Puzzling: Solve true-blue puzzles and interact with over 30 hand-drawn characters in eccentric, radiant environments

Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry (Switch) comes out this Summer in Europe and North America. The Upcoming Games page has been updated!

LEGO DC Super-Villains

Today, Warner Bros. released the LEGO DC Super-Villains: SHAZAM! Movie Level Pack 1 for LEGO DC Super-Villains, which adds a new level and DC characters inspired by the movie.

Here’s a trailer:

This DLC pack is already available for players who own the Season Pass, but it will be available for purchase along with the SHAZAM!Movie Level Pack 2 when it releases on April 23rd (price: £4.99).

Here’s some details about the DLC pack:

We all have a Super Hero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam, courtesy of an ancient wizard. In the movie, Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child, but he’ll need to master these powers quickly to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana.

The first SHAZAM! Movie Level Pack offers players the chance to master the powers of favourite characters based on the Shazam! film. Players will jump into the action and begin their journey as Billy Batson and Freddy Freeman to fight against the evil Dr. Sivana! The pack includes the ability for Billy Batson to transform into Super Hero Shazam, using his powerful abilities of flight, strength, projectiles, electric beam and more. Players can also see Freddy transform and take on Shazam powers, and unlock the four characters embodying the sins of man including Gluttony, Wrath, Pride, and Envy. These six characters will expand the main game’s already large roster of over 150 iconic DC characters.
