Daily Briefs (Apr. 3): Attack on Titan: Shichi Kara no Dasshutsu (web demo, video clips); more

Today’s Daily Briefs: a web demo and more video clips for Attack on Titan: Shichi Kara no Dasshutsu, but also…

  • Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns
  • Tool Assisted Speedrun

Attack on Titan: Shichi Kara no Dasshutsu

Today, Koei-Tecmo announced that Attack on Titan: Shichi Kara no Dasshutsu would soon be getting a web demo, that will be playable on PC, but also on smart devices. Unfortunately, it’s not clear when that demo will be released, and whether there will be a Nintendo eShop version.

Web demos for games isn’t unheard of: Capcom has been doing the same for the Ace Attorney series on Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS (though a Nintendo eShop demo always follows a few weeks later, much closer to launch).

While we wait for more details about the demo, here’s some more video clips for the game:

Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns

In Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns, there’s plenty of villagers to meet, discuss with, and befriend… you can even date and marry some of them. Last week, XSEED shared some details and screenshots for some unique NPCs, which are actually references to actual persons or characters!

  • Angie: That butler must follow her around everywhere when she’s at home. Is she exploring the ruins in Lulukoko?
  • Marilyn: You can’t see the beauty mark on her face, but her blonde hair stands out.
  • Murasaki: A work with over 50 chapters? Sounds like quite the Tale.
  • Musashi: A master swordsman. Seems to be rivals with Kojiro.
  • Kojiro: Obsessed with defeating Musashi. (But not above sharing a meal with him at Tea-ful Reunion.)
  • Miley: Not who you’re thinking. After waking up in the bathroom, she went on an adventure into wonderland. (filled with zombies!)

Have you met any of these NPCs?
