Collectible Badge Center: new update available (Ver. 1.2.0)

As announced earlier this week, a new update for Collectible Badge Center was released today (following a several hour long maintenance). It brings the game to version 1.2.0, with the following new features / changes:

– Badge Cases: those allow you to organise your badges into categories (called Badge Cases). You can have up to 1000 badges per category, and up to 100 categories.
– New prize for Practice Mode: from now on, players can get a Free Play Practice Badge thanks to Practice Mode. Before, the only prize they could get was a ticket for 3 free plays. Nintendo chose to add that new prize in order to increase the number of free plays players can get by practicing. It turns out that lots of people were practicing, but rarely getting anything out of it.
– various changes / fixes meant to improve the gameplay experience for players.

To get this new update, players shouldn’t have to do anything. As long as their Nintendo 3DS is connected to the internet, the update should be downloaded automatically.
