Bloodstained: Wii U stretchgoal added ($3 million)
Koji Igarashi is considered one of the Godfathers of the Metroidvania genre, and was responsible for some of the most beloved entries in the Castlevania series. A couple of days ago, he launched a Kickstarter campaign for his new game, called Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, which was extremely successful (it was fully funded in a matter of hours).
Since then, more and more people have been pledging money, and the project has now reached 2 764 000$. Currently, the game is only announced for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but it might also come to the Wii U if the Kickstarter campaign reaches 3 000 000$ before June 13th.
This stretchgoal was added yesterday, once fans managed to clear 30 achievements. If the stretchgoal is reached, the Wii U version will be developed by Armature Studio.
