Blazblue Cross Tag Battle: 3 new characters revealed (Noel Vermillon, Chie Satonaka, Waldstein)

Back in January, Arc System Works announced they were bringing several games to the Nintendo Switch, including New Frontier Days: Founding Pioneers (already available), but also a game from the Blazblue series. Unfortunately, nothing was said about that game, until last week, when it was revealed it was Blazblue Cross Tag Battle.

At the end of the character trailer shown alongside the announcement, we found out that the new character reveal would take place on October 20th… that’s right, it’s today. And as promised, a brand new trailer for the game was shared today, during the latest Arc System Works livestream on NicoNico.

This 3rd character trailer reveals the following characters:

• Noel = Vermillon, the Successor of Azure (from Blazblue CentralFiction)
• Chie Satonaka, the Spunky Dragon with Deadly Legs (from Persona 4 Arena)
• Waldstein, the Hecatonchair (from Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st])

At the end of this character trailer, we can see that the next character reveal will take place sometime in late November, during yet another Arc System Works livestream.
