Fire Emblem: 25th Anniversary concert DVD to be sold at Comiket 89

Back in July, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems held a special concert for the 25th Anniversary of the Fire Emblem series. Several people who attended one of them reported that it was recorded, which immediately raised fans’ hopes of seeing a DVD and/or Blu-Ray release down the line. And it turns out there is going to be a DVD released after all… at Comiket 89!

Comiket is a doujinshi fair, where fans go and sell various works based on existing and/or original IPs. More and more companies are attending the event in order to sell official merchandise, and Intelligent Systems is one of them. At Comiket 89 (taking place on December 29-31st), they’re going to sell various goodies, including the DVD of the Fire Emblem 25th Anniversary concert.

The DVD will be sold alone for 5 800 Yen, but also as part of a set including:

the DVD
a special promo card of Marth
official pamphlet
script of the event (the 25th Anniversary event was made of the concert, a talkshow, but also a mini-drama: that mini-drama is what the script is from).

Unfortunately, we don’t know if this DVD will only be sold at Comiket 89, or if it will later be available elsewhere.
