Xenoblade Chronicles X: tweets of the day (April 6th) – Fashion Equipment

Today, Koh Kojima (Director) posted three messages on the official Xenoblade Chronicles X account on Twitter, in order to talk about a new feature called “Fashion Equipment”. At first, he explains that it’s a bit hard to find topics to cover on the official Twitter account, especially with the new presentation (dedicated to Dolls and Network features) coming up on Friday.

But today, he did tease us about a featured called “Fashion Equipment”: it allows players to change the appearance of their characters without changing the equipent they’re wearing. That way, their appearance isn’t tied to a specific set of equipment: that way, you can change it as you want, while keeping the stats of the armour you’re wearing, for example.

Even better: you can change the appearance of your characters as many times as you want, as it’s not set in stone once you’ve started the game. However, there’s a little catch: this feature is only unlocked after beating the game, and is most likely a New Game+ feature.
