Xenoblade Chronicles X: trailer for the story

Last week, Nintendo uploaded its usual Overview video for Xenoblade Chronicles X, showcasing the main aspects of the game (such as the battle system, the Dolls and more). And today, exactly one week before the game’s release in Japan (on April 29th), Nintendo has uploaded a brand new trailer for it.

This new trailer focuses on an aspect of the game the developers haven’t talked about much (in order to avoid revealing too much): the story. It shows the Earth exploding, due to a conflict involving some technologially advanced and pretty agressive alien races. The bad news is: mankind isn’t really any safer on Planet Mira!

Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U) comes out on April 29th in Japan, and later this year in Europe and North America.
