UI/UX Updates

Videotapes and cassette tapes can now be selected from folders on the PC.

All dark pits have been modified so that all physical evidence can be checked.

Added icons to indicate which monitor is the active monitor on the analysis screen.

Improved visibility of the data labels for clipped audio.

Functions improvements during ADV segments

Implemented function to adjust Auto text playback and text display speed.

Implemented fast-forward function for text.

Added support for calling options during ADV segments.

Saving improvements

Added auto-save function.

Added a function to choose when auto-save is triggered.

Added ability to save/load from the System menu.

Reports

You can now return to Survey Mode from a report while answering a question.

You can now answer and edit your report from any of the questions.

Fixed an issue causing loading not to complete when playing the “Acetone and ethanol combustion experiment” video in CASE 1.

After updating to Ver. 1.0.1, using save data created in Ver. 1.0.0 may cause an issue blocking progress. It’s recommended you use new save data or wait for the upcoming Ver. 1.0.2 update.

How to download updates for Tokyo Psychodemic for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Tokyo Psychodemic, you have three options:

let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
