The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom – Some details about the Adventure Log and Side Quests, Waypoints
Just like many other Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom features some Side Quests for when you want to take a break from the main adventure (and/or want to get your hands on some juicy treasure such as heart pieces, equipment, or rupees).
During her journey, Princess Zelda will come across a wide variety of characters, each with their own problems (some small, some pretty big). And if you talk to them, you will sometime trigger a Side Quest.
But don’t worry about having to remember everything those characters tell you: simply open up your Adventure Log to find details about their respective Side Quests!
Also, while exploring Hyrule, you will come across mysterious signposts: those are Waypoints. Once you’ve discovered one and “registered” it, you can teleport there instantly from the overworld map. Pretty handy when you don’t feel like jogging your way back to some place!
