- Wave Mode: With the integration of Single Mode and Multiplayer Mode, the previously player-number-dependent Wave Mode and Battle Mode are now available to enjoy
- Zombie Sirimon Wave – A fighting mode against waves of Zombie Sirimon enemies.
- Sirimon Wave – A battle against regular Sirimon, with increasing AI opponents in each wave to provide varied difficulty levels.
- Battle Mode: Up to four players can join this mode, with AI automatically filling any empty player spots, ensuring an engaging, action-packed experience for everyone.
- Revised Menu Names Enhance Immersive Experience
- Sushi Battle Rambunctiously has spiced up its interface with a menu update that aligns even closer with its sushi-themed gameplay. The familiar “Single Mode” is now renamed to “Order”, and “Multiplayer Mode” has been renamed to “Recipe”. These thematic changes allow players to dive deeper into the world of sushi battles, enhancing the overall immersive experience.
- Upgraded Vibration Feature
- A new vibration toggle option has been added to the controller settings menu, allowing players to turn vibration on or off to match their preference.

How to download updates for Sushi Battle Rambunctiously for the Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for Sushi Battle Rambunctiously, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
