Splatoon: tweets and pics of the day (April 22nd): NicoNico stages

Today, the Squid Research Lab posted two messages on the official Twitter account for Splatoon, in order to introduce the two stages that will be playable in the demo at NicoNico Choukaigi this week-end.

During the first day, visitors will be able to play on the Warehouse stage. Most of the battles will take place at the very center of it. According to the researcher, it’s possible to pass by unnoticed if you use the obstacles to hide, and go through the back alleys.

During the second day, visitors will be able to play on the Arowana Mall stage. There’s side paths alongside the main street, with some sort of hill at the center. To win, teams will need to control the area above the ground, but it won’t be easy because you can get attacked from all sides.

Splatoon (Wii U) comes out on May 28th in Japan, and May 29th in Europe and North America.
