Splatoon: over 50 screenshots from the Japanese version

Announced during the Nintendo Digital Event, during E3 2014 (in June 2014), Splatoon is Nintendo’s very colourful third-person shooter. After almost a year of waiting, the game is now ready to be launched: it will come out on next week in Japan (May 28th) and Europe / North America (May 29th)! If you live in Japan and North America, you can start pre-loading the game right now on the Nintendo eShop!

If you absolutely can’t wait for next week and want another taste of Splatoon before its release, make sure to tune in this week during the last play session for the Splatoon Global Testfire demo. It will take place on May 23rd or May 24th (depending on where you live!).

Alternatively, you can also check out over 50 screenshots posted by Dengeki Online earlier today. Those show the multiplayer, but also a bit of the Hero Mode (Single Player), Inkopolis, the tutorial, and more.
