Splatoon maintenance taking place on Wednesday/Thursday

On Thursday (Wednesday for North America), Nintendo will release the first major Software update for Splatoon: it will bring quite a lot of new content, with more to come in the following weeks/months. Since Splatoon is an online-focused game, a new update automatically means maintenance: there will be one on Wednesday evening (North America) / Thursday morning (Europe and Japan).

Here’s the list of services impacted:

– Wii U: Splatoon

This maintenance will take place on:

– Europe: August 6th (2.50AM to 4AM)
– UK: August 6th (1.50AM to 3AM)
– North America (EDT): August 5th (8.50PM to 10PM)
– North America (PDT): August 5th (5.50PM to 7PM)
– Japan: August 6th (9.50AM to 11AM)

Also, don’t forget the maintenance for two Wii U games later today!
