Project Zero – Maiden of Black Water: trailer for the Nintendo costumes

Project Zero Maiden of Black WaterEver since the very first entry, on PlayStation 2 and Xbox, players have been to unlock various costumes in Project Zero / Fatal Frame games. Usually, it involves beating the game and/or getting a specific ending with the right character. Obviously, Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water, on Wii U, will be no exception!

A few minutes ago, a short trailer for Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water was uploaded. It introduces two Nintendo costumes:

  • Princess Zelda (from The Legend of Zelda series), which seems to be based on The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess;
  • Zero Suit Samus (from the Metroid series), which was already unlockable in Zero: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (the fourth entry in the series, only released in Japan).

Here’s the trailer for the Nintendo costumes in Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water on Wii U:

And here’s a screenshot for each costume:

Project Zero / Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water (Wii U) comes out on October 22nd in North America (only via the Nintendo eShop), and October 30th in Europe (at retail and on the Nintendo eShop).
