PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari: some details about the Zururu region

Yesterday, Marvelous updated its official website for PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari with some new artworks and screenshots. There’s also some brand new details about the Zururu region, now translated by Gematsu.

Each region in the game is defined by a specific season, and this one is Summer. The Zururu region is known for its radiant grassland and waters, and the sun just keeps on shining there.

In the Zururu region, there’s several interesting places players will get to visit during their adventures:

– Mauricio Ranch: during his adventure across Galariland (in order to save the world from the Black Beasts), Prince Pietro visits the Mauricio Ranch. There, the cows are plagued by an unknown disease, and the people of the ranch just don’t know what to do. One day, the rancher goes to find a cure, but when he fails to return, Prince Pietro sets out to find him and the cure.

– Zururu Village: located at the south of the Mauricio ranch. A cave is located in a wide-gaping cliff, and the Zururu village was established there. Of course, this was done in order to avoid the heat, but it has a major downside: sunlight never gets in, and it gets pretty dark during the night (making lamps pretty much mandatory).

– Zone Village: a summer resort open 365 days/year, with some rather bright and cheerful residents (no wonder, with all that sun!). People visiting it can find some bustling shops, a deep blue sea, and get a very warm welcome.

– Gentle Geothermal Ranch: each of the regions has its own fairy, and releasing it allows you to increase your livestock. There’s several locations where you can farm, allowing you to get special results. At the Gentle Geothermal Ranch, you will be able to get “Boomerang Cucumber” and “Light Watermelon”.

Finally, some details about various characters:

– Romalia (voiced by Kumiko Nishihara) – The fairy of the Zuzuru region, governing the Gentle Geothermal Ranch.
– Mauricio (voiced by Michitaka Kobayashi) – He owns the Mauricio Ranch, and he’s Mayuri’s father. He really loves hiw cows. He disappears after going to look for a cure (for his cows).
– Mayuri (voiced by Misato Fukuen) – Mauricio’s daughter, she’s worried about Maurico (her father), who goes lookg for a cure but never returns.
