Nintendo have announced that the latest game to get a Game Trial in Japan is Pokkén Tournament DX. From July 27th to August 2nd, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers will be able to play the full game for free, no strings attached. Players who don’t want a miss a single minute can already pre-download the Game Trial version from the Nintendo eShop (same page as the full game and the demo version).

As usual, there’s a sale running alongside the Game Trial: from July 27th to August 9th, players can buy Pokkén Tournament DX for 4 604 Yen (instead of 6 578 Yen, so 30% off).

The Pokémon GO Fest takes place this weekend worldwide, and Niantic have announced that there will be Virtual Team Lounges for players to check out. Here’s what they will offer:

• Enjoy exclusive Pokémon GO Fest video content and more!: Rest your catching arm, and watch some videos together with your fellow Trainers.
• Stay in the loop with the latest event happenings: Check out what the Pokémon GO team and Trainers around the world are posting on social media about #PokemonGOFest2020—all without leaving the Virtual Team Lounge!
