Here’s the latest trailer for the latest Pokémon anime series, currently airing in Japan:

Earlier this week, a state of emergency was declared in several regions in Japan, and in response to that, many non-essential businesses have announced that they’re shutting down temporarily (such as the Nintendo Tokyo Store). And that’s also the case of The Pokémon Company, who have announced that the various Pokémon Center stores in impacted regions are closing until further notice:
- Pokémon Center Tokyo DX & Pokémon Café
- Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo & Pikachu Suites
- Pokémon Center Shibuya
- Pokémon Center Sky Tree Town
- Pokémon Center Tokyo Bay
- Pokémon Center Yokohama
- Pokémon Center Osaka DX & Pokémon Café
- Pokémon Center Osaka
- Pokémon Center Fukuoka
- Pokémon Store Tokyo Station Store
- Pokémon Store Narita Airport Store
- Pokémon Store Gotemba
- Pokémon Store Itami Airport
- Pokémon Store Kansai Airport Store
Also, The Pokémon Company have announced that the period for receiving the various presents you can get during your birthday month (such as the Pokémon distributions) has been extended for April: fans will have until May 31st to get them. Of course, that implies the Pokémon Center stores will be re-opened by then!
