Mewtwo (Y)

• Future Sight and Recover have been nerfed. Mewtwo (Y)’s stats have also been reduced.

• Sp. Atk: 150–900 → 150–810 (Lv. 1–15)

Future Sight

• Increase to damage dealt while effect is active: 20% → 10%

Recover

• Shield amount: decreased by 25%
• Movement speed increase: 20% → 10%
• Mega gauge increase: decreased by 50%

Blaziken

• Blaziken’s stats, moves, and Unite Move have been buffed.

• Defense: 60–460 → 80–460 (Lv. 1–15)
• Sp. Def: 50–350 → 60–350 (Lv. 1–15)

Basic Attack

• Basic attack speed increase when in punch style: 30% → 40%

Unite Move: Spinning Flame Fist

• Cooldown: 6 sec. → 5 sec.
• Movement speed increase: 10% → 20%

Unite Move: Spinning Flame Kick

• Cooldown: 6 sec. → 5 sec.
• Attack increase: 20% → 30%

Urshifu

• Urshifu’s stats and Surging Strikes have been nerfed.

• Defense: 80–480 → 80–430 (Lv. 1–15)

Surging Strikes

• Damage: reduced by 10–-17% (Lv. 5–15)
• HP recovery from boosted attack: 3% of max HP → 2% of max HP

Lapras

• Lapras’ Shell Armor Ability and the HP recovery from its basic attacks have been nerfed. Perish Song has also been nerfed.

Absol

• Absol’s stats, Sucker Punch, and its Unite Move, Midnight Slash, have been buffed.

Sucker Punch

• Cooldown: 6 sec. → 5 sec.

Unite Move: Midnight Slash

• Gauge needed: reduced by 25%

Decidueye

• Decidueye’s stats, and its Unite Move, Nock Nock, have been buffed.

• Gauge needed: reduced by about 26% 

Blissey

• Helping Hand, Safeguard, and Blissey’s Unite Move, Bliss Assistance, have been nerfed.

• Basic attack speed increase: 35% → 25%
• Movement speed increase: 35% → 25%

Safeguard

• Shield amount: decreased by 10–-15% (Lv. 5–-15)

Unite Move: Bliss Assistance

• Shield amount: decreased by 20%

Leafeon

• Leafeon’s Unite Move, Emerald Two-Step, has been nerfed.

• Damage: reduced by 10%
• Energy needed: increased by about 13%

Mew

• Mew’s Basic attacks and moves have been adjusted.

Stats

• From Lv. 9 onward, now recovers HP equal to 12.5% of damage dealt with Sp. Atk

Basic Attack

• Boosted basic attack base damage: increased by 10%
• Damage increase each time the ball of energy flies a set distance: 5% → 4% 

Solar Beam

• Cooldown: 10.5 sec. → 9 sec.

Solar Beam+

• Cooldown: 10.5 sec. → 9 sec.
• Cooldown reduction when the move hits: 0.7 sec./Pokémon hit → 0.5 sec./Pokémon hit

Light Screen

• Cooldown: 10 sec. → 9 sec.

Snorlax

• Snorlax’s Flail and its Unite Move, Power Nap, have been buffed. 

Flail

• Movement speed increase: 70% (14% decrease every 0.4 sec.) → 70% (10% decrease every 0.5 sec.)

Unite Move: Power Nap

• HP recovered: increased by about 20%
• Energy needed: decreased by 20%

Cramorant

Dive

• Fixed a bug where additional damage was not dealt by the boosted basic attack after Dive was used.
• Fixed a bug that caused launched Arrokuda to continue to flop around for longer than expected.

Talonflame

Flame Charge+

• Fixed a bug that prevented Talonflame from being able to go through thin walls.

Mewtwo (Mega Mewtwo X)

Future Sight and Mewtwo’s Unite Move, Infinite Psyburn, have been nerfed so Mewtwo will do less instantaneous damage with its moves.

Stats

• Critical-hit rate: 10% (at Lv. 5), 20% (at Lv. 9) → 5% (at Lv. 5), 10% (at Lv.10)

Future Sight

• Cooldown: 7.5 sec. → 9 sec.
• Time that opposing Pokémon are left unable to act: 0.75 sec. → 0.5 sec.
• Fixed a bug that caused some Pokémon’s moves to become unusable.

Unite Move: Infinite Psyburn

• Damage: reduced by 15%
• Energy needed: increased by 20%
• Fixed a bug that caused the move to sometimes deal multiple hits to Pokémon that were using Full Heal.

Mewtwo (Mega Mewtwo Y)

Future Sight, Recover, and Mewtwo’s Unite Move, Infinite Psyburn, have been nerfed so Mewtwo will do less instantaneous damage with its moves.

• Upper limit on additional damage: 2000 → 1500
• Cooldown: 8 sec. → 10 sec.
• Time that opposing Pokémon are left unable to act: 0.75 sec. → 0.5 sec.
• Fixed a bug that caused some Pokémon’s moves to become unusable.

Recover

• Cooldown: 10 sec. → 12 sec.

Unite Move: Infinite Psyburn

• Damage: reduced by 15%
• Energy needed: increased by 20%
• Fixed a bug that caused the move to sometimes deal multiple hits to Pokémon that were using Full Heal.

Tsareena

Tsareena’s stats have been buffed, along with her Triple Axel, Trop Kick, Stomp, and Grassy Glide moves.

Triple Axel

• HP restoration: increased by 25%

Trop Kick

• Shield amount: increased by 20%

Umbreon

Umbreon’s Snarl has been nerfed.

Aegislash’s stats have been buffed.

Avalanche and Blizzard have been nerfed because their hindering effects and damage were too high when used together, and they were being used too frequently.

Cramorant

Unite Move: Gatling Gulp Missile

• Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Cramorant to attack two Pokémon at the same time.

• Battle Map: Panic Parade unlocks on 2023-07-21!

Aim to protect ally Pokémon from the approaching wild Pokémon. You can obtain event points by playing Panic Parade.

You can exchange event points for Aeos Shooter boosts, which can be used on this map. Upgrade your Aeos Shooter boosts, and take on higher difficulty levels!

You can place in the Panic Parade rankings by earning lots of event points on Extreme!

• New Item Available: Move Effect Enhancement Pack By using certain Holowear and participating in battles, you can change a Pokémon’s move effects into special effects. Now available in the Prize Machine!
• 2nd Anniversary Prize Machine Event! During the event period, you can obtain 10 Anniversary Balls every day at no cost, up to a maximum of 100. You can only use Anniversary Balls on the same day you obtain them, so don’t forget to use them!
• Mewtwo’s Crystal Cave Challenge: You can participate in the event every day to collect cave coins and exchange them for Unite License X: Mewtwo!
• 2nd Anniversary Bargain Shop Available: You can obtain discounted items!

Duraludon

The maximum damage Duraludon can deal to wild Pokémon has been reduced. Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, and Stealth Rock have been buffed.

• Maximum damage dealt to wild Pokémon: reduced by 45%

• Maximum damage dealt to wild Pokémon: reduced by 40%

• Time it takes to stock one reserve use: 12 sec. → 8 sec.

Hyper Beam has been nerfed.

You can obtain Pokémon Face Hat (Eevee) by sharing the Eevee Festival event info on social media. Get in the celebratory spirit ahead of time before the Eevee Festival begins!

Eevee take center stage as the Eevee Festival begins! During the Eevee Festival, there will be all sorts of events through which you can obtain various rewards. The Eevee Special Shop will be loaded with great items, so you can check it out! A new Eevee-themed quick battle will also become available. Experience these cute, fun battles together with everyone!

• Eevee Appeal-o-rama, a new type of quick battle, will be available starting 2023-05-25!

In Eevee Appeal-o-rama, you can try out the Unite licenses for Eevee’s various Evolutions at no cost. Unite Battles take place in a unique version of Shivre City. You can use Appeal and complete appeal missions to raise your appeal level and increase your goal-scoring speed! Take part in these fun battles with cute Eevee Evolutions!

Floral Healing has been nerfed. Magical Leaf has also been nerfed because Comfey was able to influence its surroundings too much while remaining safe.

Espeon

Psyshock has been nerfed because it was hitting too often and dealing too much damage.

• Damage: reduced by 17%

Lapras

Water Pulse has been nerfed, as it was far too aggressive in nature for the gentle-hearted Lapras.

Cinderace

Pyro Ball and Feint have been buffed. Cinderace’s Unite Move, Blazing Bicycle Kick, has been buffed because there were many instances of Cinderace being knocked aside before it was able to kick.

• Damage: increased by 23% Feint
• Cooldown: 11 sec. → 9 sec.

Unite Move: Blazing Bicycle Kick

• Unite gauge fill speed: increased by about 25%
• When the move is used, the user will now be immune to hindrances.

Scizor

Scizor’s boosted basic attacks and Bullet Punch have been buffed so that its high defensive and offensive prowess will better stand out.

• Defense increase effect: 25% → 40% (Maximum 75% → 120%)

Bullet Punch

• Cooldown: 6 sec. → 5 sec.

Goodra

Goodra’s Dragon Pulse and Unite Move, Right as Rain, have been buffed so that Goodra will recover more HP.

• A base amount of HP recovery was added

• Unite gauge fill speed: increased by 20%

Glaceon

Icicle Spear and Ice Shard have been buffed so that Glaceon will be able to contribute more freely to Unite Battles.

• Damage: increased by 8%

Ice Shard

• Basic attack speed increase: 25% → 50%
• Effect duration: 2 sec. → 2.5 sec.

Ice Shard+

• Basic attack speed increase: 50% → 65%
• Effect duration: 2 sec. → 2.5 sec.

Alolan Ninetales

Blizzard has been buffed to make it easier for Alolan Ninetales to freeze opponents when using Avalanche and Blizzard at the same time. Alolan Ninetales’s Unite Move, Snow Globe—which is effective against frozen opponents—has been buffed as well.

Sableye

Because opponents were left hindered for too long when Sableye’s moves were all used on them at once, Knock Off and Confuse Ray have been nerfed.

• Hindrance effects on opponents: reduced by about 20% overall

Confuse Ray

• Confusion duration: 2.5 sec. → 2 sec.

Zacian

Zacian’s mobility has been nerfed so that its opponents can fight back if they work together.

Stats

• Attack: 220–560 → 190–560 (Lv. 1–15)

Agility

• No longer removes hindrances from Zacian
• Cooldown: 9 sec. → 10 sec. • Movement speed increase: 50% → 30%

Mew

Mew’s Ability, Synchronize, has been nerfed. Electro Ball and Solar Beam were too powerful compared to other Pokémon’s moves at the start of a Unite Battle, so they have also been nerfed.

Electro Ball

• Damage: reduced by 10%

Solar Beam

• Cooldown: 9 sec. → 10.5 sec.

Glaceon

Damage dealt by Icy Wind was too high and has been nerfed.

• Damage: reduced by 12%

Trevenant

Wood Hammer let Trevenant hinder its opponents too frequently and has been nerfed. Pain Split has also been nerfed so that opposing Pokémon who don’t want to share the damage are able to run away.

Sableye

Sableye could too easily use Shadow Sneak to safely hide in stealth, so Shadow Sneak has been nerfed to give Sableye’s targets more opportunity to retaliate.

Shadow Sneak

• The time it takes from when the move is used until Sableye enters stealth: 0.75 sec. → 1.5 sec.
• Sableye now cannot enter stealth if it is left unable to act between the time Shadow Sneak is used and when stealth begins.

Urshifu (Single Strike Style)

So that Urshifu’s fists are used more for offense than defense, Wicked Blow has been nerfed. Ebon Fist’s ability to throw opponents was also too powerful, so it has been nerfed.

How to download updates for Pokémon Unite for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Pokémon Unitee, you have three options:

• let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

• try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

• select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.

How to update Pokémon Unite for Android and iOS?

To download updates for Pokémon Unite, you have two options:

• tap on the notification that should appear on your phone;
• go to the App Store / Google Play Store, and more precisely to the “My Apps & Games” section > Installed tab (Play Store, Android) or the Updates tab (AppStore, iOS).

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply launch the game. You should see the version number on the title screen.
