Pokémon Sun and Moon – Mega Stones distribution

Yesterday, The Pokémon Company provided some clarifications about the missing Mega Stones in Pokémon Sun and Moon, and how they would be distributed.

As announced previously, Mega Stones will be distributed via the Battle Competitions for Pokémon Sun and Moon. Players who take part in those will get a Serial Code for some Mega Stones, such as Mawilite and the Beedrillite (see segment just below for more details).

The Pokémon Company clarified that those players would only get the codes ahead of everyone else (roughly 1-2 months), and that even those who do not or cannot participate in the Battle Competitions will be able to get their hands on the missing Mega Stones. Also, some Mega Stones will also be distributed via special events and online distributions, with everyone getting them at the same time.

The Pokémon Company is planning to distribute the missing Mega Stones up until Summer.
